Isaac is a good bloke, but the experience there is not up to scratch at all. Spent just over $1500 on bikes/scooters for the family for Christmas (and planning to spend another $700-$800 in the next few months on more bikes) and the after sales experience is poor at best. Returned $500 bike as breaks so loud it scared my 8yo son (no, it was not a 'squeal' but a SCREECH!!" every time it was used - even my wife blocked her ears when she rode and tested them - this was not us being touchy customers). Anyway, my son stopped using the brake as it was too upsetting and he stacked it three times pretty badly. Went to ask for brake pads to be changed and charged $10 (was told that it came with front brakes but they didn't put them on - wow, thanks for asking us if we wanted them to begin with!!) When I asked Joel (who was changing them over) if I could come back in an hour he was like - well, I have other people who have booked in and they are being done before you. I get that I have to work it out with timing, but he was not interested in squeezing me in that day, and his attitude was shocking. Didn't even crack a smile at 9:15am on a Monday morning. He eventually said I could pick it up at lunch time and he would call. Well, 3pm and I hear nothing, so I call up to ask about it and was told it was just done. So anyway, picked it up and I thought that Isaac may have been concerned that the noise was excessive, or that maybe even the brakes were faulty. He wasn't interested, didn't care about his product or asking about how he could help. He didn't even ask if we were happy with the four bikes and two scooters we bought. That is on top of the three bikes we bought there previously (and the helmets blah blah). Seriously, how hard is it to work out that if a kid is not using the brakes and falling off his bike and getting serious injuries, that maybe there could be an issue that is not 'normal.' I don't think they care. That is fine. At least now we know so that we can go elsewhere (not their franchises anyway) and have good follow up service.

bike hub has given us a low charge on everything. My grandson is getting a apex scooter with odi grips and river wheels and it costs $935 but bike hub has put it down to $875 or $845 and that's a awesome price for it.
