    Just have to let you know that your staff member, Grace, was absolutely wonderful today. I had to buy a new phone and change to Optus and being a pensioner, am not exactly techno savvy. But Grace was a treasure. She was extremely helpful and patient and I felt so comfortable with her. Well Done Grace,,if only more people had your brilliant customer service. Patricia Korent.

    Asked for a nano SIM as I'd purchased a new phone outright. Get home to activate it and find you've given me the wrong sim. I need it for a prepaid phone not a plan phone. Surely this should be a mandatory question in order to meet the customers needs. Maybe OPTUS could stamp a warning on their sims.
